I live outside the United States, what is your shipping policy?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the United States.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or PO Box addresses?
Yes, but only via United States Postal Service.
What methods of shipping do you use?
As of right now 99% of our shipments are being shipped via UPS Ground. However Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or PO Box will be shipped via USPS.
Do you ship packages overnight?
Yes we do, but only to the lower 48 states at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process, and is dependent upon the total amount of money spent your order.
Is my item insured when it ships?
Yes. All of our packages are insured and included in the shipping cost.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder, as some spam filters may block our email notification.
How many days until I receive my item once it's shipped?
Once your item is shipped, delivery could take up to 7 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse, and the method of shipping you chose.
How can I track my package?
When you receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped, it will include the package's tracking number. You can go to UPS.com or USPS.com and enter the tracking number to receive the most up-to-date status of your package.
How many days does it take to process my order for shipment?
We process orders in the order we receive them. Usually, it will take 1-2 business days for us to process an order for shipment. During the holiday season (October through December), allow an extra 2 days to process your order. Most orders will ship within 24 business hours of your order being placed.
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
If the item was damaged during shipment, contact us immediately at: email@example.com. We will send you an email with instructions you need to follow. We will make sure you're taken care of right away.
