Do I have to pay sales tax?
Items being shipped to the State of Washington will be charged a sales tax rate of 8.7%. The tax will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. Items being shipped anywhere else are not subject to paying a sales tax at this time.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We process our payments using Stripe who uses the industries best security practices. You can learn more about Stripe security here.
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with the item you've purchased then go ahead and send it back within 14 days, free of charge! We'll give you a 100% refund or exchange, your choice. Due to the fragile nature of cigars, after the 14 days has passed we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To get started with a return give us a call at 1-888-838-5771.
How do I cancel an order?
Cancelled orders must be placed with us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and cannot be accepted as a return. To cancel an order, email us at: email@example.com.
How can I track my package?
When you receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped, it will include the package’s tracking number. You can go to UPS.com or USPS.COM and enter the tracking number to receive the most up-to-date status of your package.
How many days does it take to process my order for shipment?
We process orders in the order we receive them. Usually, it will take 1-2 business days for us to process an order for shipment. During the holiday season (October through December), allow an extra 2 days to process your order. Most orders will ship within 24 business hours of your order being placed.
How many days until I receive my item once it's shipped?
Once your item is shipped, delivery could take up to 7 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process, and is dependent upon the total amount of money spent on the products. If you spend less than $100.00 shipping is $7.99. If you spend over $100 shipping is totally free.
I live outside the United States, what is your international shipping policy?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or PO Box addresses?
Yes, but only via USPS.
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
If the item was damaged during shipment, contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you an email with instructions you need to follow. We will make sure you're taken care of right away.
What method of shipping do you use?
As of right now 99% of our shipments are being shipped via UPS Ground. However Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or PO Box will be shipped via USPS.
Is my item insured when it ships?
Yes. All of our packages shipped via UPS are insured and included in the shipping cost.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder, as some spam filters may block our email notification.
Do you ship packages overnight?
